A product line is matched to the site and scenario — a mini-home, private house or apartment building.
Concept & Masterplan
The site is shaped into a concept and preliminary masterplan, tested against program and regulation.
Design & BIM
Knowledge & Design turns the concept into a coordinated BIM model and a structured element list.
Specification to logistics
The model becomes budget, permits and parts.
Specification & Budget
Every element gets a specification and a price, rolling up into one budget tied to the model.
Permits
Approvals are prepared and tracked against the same record — not on a separate paper trail.
Materials & Procurement
Materials are sourced against the specification — suppliers, prices and lead times confirmed.
CNC & Preparation
Elements are prepared for CNC and factory work — jobs, cutting lists and marking come from the model.
Logistics
Prepared components and materials are scheduled and moved to site as project kits.
Assembly to portfolio
Built, verified, handed over and kept.
Construction & Assembly
Components are assembled on site following the model, the schedule and the marked element structure.
Quality Control
Each stage is checked and recorded — quality evidence is attached to the element, not filed away separately.
Payment Milestones
Payments are released against completed, verified milestones rather than calendar dates.
Handover
The finished object is handed over with its documents and a digital passport of what was actually built.
Portfolio Management
The object continues in the record — maintenance, service history and portfolio-level tracking.
What each stage carries
No stage is just a status.
Every stage records the same eight things — so a stage is never a loose status, it is a signed step with inputs, an output and a reason it may continue.
