Partner network
Eleven partner roles,
one per center.
Each partner type connects to the center it serves — with clear inputs, clear outputs and internal IPPA partner certification. A partner does not float above the process; it takes a defined role inside it and writes into the same project record as everyone else.
The roles
01 — 11 · one role per center
Design, make & supply
Partners that shape and feed the model.
Design Partner
Provides architectural and concept design into the BIM model · gets a coordinated brief, program and a live element structure to design against.
Engineering Partner
Provides structural, energy and systems engineering on the same model · gets the design geometry and constraints to engineer without re-drawing.
Materials Partner
Provides materials, prices and lead times against the specification · gets a structured element list and confirmed demand to quote.
Warehouse Partner
Provides storage, staging and stock handling for project kits · gets order and delivery schedules tied to the model.
CNC Partner
Provides CNC and factory preparation of components · gets cutting lists, marking and jobs generated straight from the model.
Construction Partner
Provides on-site assembly and installation crews · gets a marked element structure, schedule and quality checkpoints to build to.
Develop, fund, operate & teach
Partners that carry the object over time.
Development Partner
Provides land, sites and development initiative · gets a full-cycle system to take a plot from brief to operating object.
Investment Partner
Provides project capital into a specific project company (SPV) · gets a defined budget, milestone-based payments and investor reporting.
Operation Partner
Provides maintenance, service and facility operation · gets a digital passport of what was actually built and a live service history.
Eco Life Partner
Provides eco-living services, community and residence programs · gets connected objects and residents inside one operating portfolio.
Education Partner
Provides training and role qualification for the network · gets the protocol, roles and AI assistants as a syllabus to teach against.
How a partner role works
A role, not a logo on a slide.
Every partner role is defined the same way — so joining the network means taking a place in the process, with the same record everyone else writes into.
On certification
IPPA partner certification is an internal IPPA partner status — a role qualification inside this network. It is not an official state licence, industry accreditation or a substitute for the permits, registrations and professional qualifications a partner must hold under local law.

Tell us which center fits what you do. We map it to a partner role, its inputs and outputs, and the internal certification path.
