Privacy policy
In short: we only receive what you type into the form yourself, and we use it only to reply to you. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use trackers.
1. Who processes the data
The controller of personal data is BALTIC HOUSE RE OÜ, Estonia, registry code 11155779. The website operates under the IPPA Eco Development brand.
For any question about your data: info@ippa-eco.com, phone +371 29733641.
2. What data we receive
Only what you enter in the request form or write to us:
- name;
- e-mail and (if you provide it) phone number;
- company or role, request topic, message text;
- in the house catalogue — the selected house, delivery level and preferences.
Please do not include anything unnecessary, such as identity documents or health information: we do not need it to reply.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- To reply to your request and prepare a consultation or preliminary offer — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the correspondence as a record of communication with a client — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for newsletters without separate consent and make no automated decisions based on it.
4. Who else may see the data
Only services without which the website and e-mail cannot work, and only to the extent they need:
- website hosting;
- the e-mail service we use to receive and send messages;
- the form service — if the form is sent through it rather than through your own e-mail app.
Within the team, a request is seen only by those preparing the reply. If a service processes data outside the EEA, the transfer relies on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep it
Correspondence about a request that does not lead to a contract is kept for up to 24 months after the last message and then deleted. If we enter into a contract, data is kept as long as the contract and the law require (for example, accounting).
6. Cookies and analytics
The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no visitor counters. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.
7. Your rights
At any time you can:
- find out what data we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to erase your data or restrict its processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability).
Write to info@ippa-eco.com — we will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or the supervisory authority of the country where you live.
8. Changes
We may update this policy if the services we use or the way we process data change. The current version is always on this page.
